Earning Reward Points
-You earn reward points when you shop in our store. The amount of points earned for a product is displayed on the product page under the "Add to basket" button and is 5% of the product price. If you want to know how many points you need to spend to buy a product, you can see the price of the product in reward points directly below the price in euros.
General Conditions
-Registration: The customer must be registered in our shop to participate in the reward points system.
-Points Allocation: Bonus points are awarded when you purchase products in the shop. The more purchases you make, the more points you will receive.
-Points Addition: Points will be added to your account after payment is received and your order is dispatched.
-Checking Balance: You can see your bonus points balance by logging into your account and clicking on "bonus points".
-Usage: Reward points can be spent to cover the cost of your purchase.
-Non-Exchangeable: Reward points are not exchangeable for currency and are non-refundable.
